Our free monthly social event is back this September!

🕐 1:00-2:00pm or 6:00-7:00pm

Come along for a friendly chat, meet other members and enjoy some time together while we focus on supporting carers.
👥 Members are welcome to bring a non-member along.

Join us on Wednesday 16th September as we celebrate National Fitness Day with a full day of activity, challenges and fun across BIGBOX. From special ABBA Spin, Aqua Zumba, Pilates, Reformer and HYROX sessions to gym floor challenges, our SwimTag distance challenge and PT Evening, there are plenty of ways to get involved.
Whether you want to try something different, challenge yourself or simply enjoy the atmosphere, National Fitness Day is all about bringing the BIGBOX community together and celebrating everything we love about being active.
