Yoga offers you the opportunity to strengthen the body, mind, breath and strengthen your connection to yourself. I have enjoyed teaching Hatha Yoga since 2008 in Huddersfield, and am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, Foundation Course tutor and NQ Diploma Course Tutor. My regular classes; include physical asana practice, but also breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation and mind
fulness practices. All my classes are friendly and suitable for all levels; those brand new to yoga, and those more experienced. I love offering a range of yoga opportunities including weekly drop in classes, six week courses, small group and one to one tuition, and yoga and relaxation in the workplace. I regularly run half day yoga workshops, mindful mornings and through the summer offer outdoor yoga sessions and full moon outdoor practices.
