Start making small changes to your current lifestyle and over time it will add up! |
It doesnt have to be anything complicated and you don't have to be perfect on day 1. But you should aim to be better than you were yesterday. |
A few examples are; |
1) Going for a daily walk. This can be anytime of the day that suits you. I go for a 3km walk around the local park every morning.|
2) Consuming an extra portion of fruit/veg. Cut back on unnecessary snacking (i.e. the 5 biscuits you had at work this afternoon). Opt for healthier alternatives. |
3) Getting to bed 15-20 minutes earlier, instead of scrolling through social media at night. Turn your phone OFF and wind down. |
4) Taking the time to prepare your meals for the next few days, instead of opting for convenience and getting a Greggs sausage roll on your lunch break. |
5) Getting to the gym! Start making those positive changes today. Find a time of day that suits you and stick to it. |
