Our current training times are:

MONDAY
Taekwondo
5-6pmTigers Taekwondo (4 to 7 years )
6-7pm Junior Taekwondo ( 8-11 years )
7-9pm adult training


TUESDAY
Boxing 6-8:30pm

Taekwondo
Ladies only 6-7pm

WEDNESDAY
Taekwondo
5-6pmTigers Taekwondo (4 to 7 years )
6-7pm Junior Taekwondo ( 8-11 years )
7-9pm adult training

11-12 Tigers and Juniors
12- 2 sparring and black belt only

3:15-4:15 leopards ( reception & year 1 )
4:30-5:30 jaguars ( years 2 & 3 )

10:30-12:30

10:30-11:15 kittens ( pre-school )
11:30-12:30 leopards ( reception & year 1 )
1:15-2:15 jaguars ( years 2 & 3 )
2:30-3:30 tigers ( years 4 & 5 )
3:45-4:45 lions ( years 6+ )

Huge congratulations to Fearne & Alexandra - they have been selected for the Great Britain National Poomsae team to compete in the 2026 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships, which will take place in Chuncheon, South Korea, from September 16–20, 2026
Fearne is competing in the U14 female individual and team categories.
Alexandra is competing in the U14 female pairs and team categories.
What a huge achievement and honour for both of them.
