In 2017, Lisa started something special.

What began as a small outdoor bootcamp quickly became the heartbeat of our business. Through rain, sunshine, early mornings and hard sessions, an incredible community was built—one that supported, encouraged and pushed each other to become stronger, fitter and more confident.

Over the years, that bootcamp evolved into SHRED, becoming predominantly ladies-only and helping hundreds of women achieve amazing results.

But there was always something special about those original bootcamp sessions.

That’s why this August, we’re bringing it back.

⏰ 6:30pm

This isn’t just about burning calories or getting fit. It’s about training together, sharing challenges, celebrating wins and building the kind of camaraderie that makes exercise something you genuinely look forward to.

Expect strength. Expect fitness. Expect hard work.

But also expect laughs, friendships, support and a community that helps you become the best version of yourself.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, get stronger, meet new people or simply enjoy training, Bootcamp is where it all started—and we can’t wait to welcome you.
