In 2017, Lisa started something special.
What began as a small outdoor bootcamp quickly became the heartbeat of our business. Through rain, sunshine, early mornings and hard sessions, an incredible community was built—one that supported, encouraged and pushed each other to become stronger, fitter and more confident.
Over the years, that bootcamp evolved into SHRED, becoming predominantly ladies-only and helping hundreds of women achieve amazing results.
But there was always something special about those original bootcamp sessions.
That’s why this August, we’re bringing it back.
