Don’t be boring.

You don’t have to eat chicken, rice and broccoli everyday.

Just like you don’t have to say no to every occasion that involves ‘bad’ food (if there’s such a thing)

The goal should be finding that balance⚖️

The balance of nutrient dense foods that move you in the right direction towards your goals.

As well as meals you’re enjoying purely for the sake of enjoying them.

Not thinking about “how much fat is in this meal” or “I need to order this to get my protein in”

You can allow yourself to relax as long as you know that you’re consistent when you NEED to be.

You can’t just be eating whatever the hell you like everyday😅

P.S. There’s no such thing as too much coffee in your diet.

Who doesn’t want looser pants, less anxiety and more confidence?

Maybe not in that order for you😅

came to me looking to get in shape for her wedding at the end of the year.

In the few months we’ve been together we’re making consistent changes to her habits and lifestyle as well as training her to become strong and fit.

So, a summary;
•Less body fat
•Increased strength
•A huge fitness boost
•More confidence/less anxiety
•Better relationship with food and eating ‘bad food’

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me!

Well done Steph. Can’t wait for these last few months to see just how far you can take it!

By no means the best physique you’ll see on Instagram, but I know I’m better than I was a week, a month or a year ago.

That’s all I have in my control.

Being better when I can.

Fitness coaching is life coaching.

I chat with each and every one of my clients about struggles they have everyday.

And everyday I see them face those struggles head on and work through it.

All it takes is saying to yourself “I’m not where I want to be”.

Thats step 1.

Step 2 is doing something about it.

All of these guys came to me for help with their struggles, and now they’re flying.

I’m sure they did, but once they lost weight did they go and gain it all back within a year?!

I’ve seen this a lot.
It’s a viable way for someone to lose weight.
But it’s not a long term solution.

Instead of a big deficit I will;
Introduce good eating habits,
Encourage you to make healthier lifestyle choices,
Make your ‘fat loss’ diet a part of your everyday routine.

It’s not that hard to grasp.
It just takes some help to reach the end goal in the right way.

We can chase more than just a six pack for the gram📸

Going and sitting on machines, doing isolation exercises will work for a lot of you.

…at making you look better.

But what happens when you have to actually MOVE?!

Curl up in a sweaty heap going up the steps?

Probably not great that your training isn’t helping with that then.

I have a strong message driven towards fitness and health in general being the MAIN goal of my coaching.

Of course we can focus on an aesthetic goal!

But it should be an OUTCOME of your training.

Not the GOAL of it.
