Saturday morning at NOMAD and you lot absolutely SHOWED UP. 🔥

Our POWER CIRCUIT crew came in, put the work in and absolutely smashed their Saturday morning. No excuses. No waiting for Monday. Just good energy, hard training and a room full of people getting stronger together.

And guess what? We’re OPEN Bank Holiday Monday!
