SUMMER STRUM VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ๐ช
Summer Strum is nearly here, 17thโ19th July, and we need a few good people to help keep things running smoothly! ๐ธโ๏ธ๐ป๐
Weโre looking for:
5 volunteers on Friday 17th July (3pmโ10pm)
To help book in campers and guide them to pitches.
Around 5 volunteers on Saturday & Sunday (10amโ5pm)
For car parking duties and helping late arrivals.
๐ Due to the huge number of campervans this year, many will be placed on the Third Team bottom pitch. All pitches will be clearly marked and numbered in advance.
๐ Also need 2โ3 odd-job volunteers on Sunday for AM & PM bin/waste runs.
Bar staffing will be arranged separately once facilities are confirmed with alcohol management.
