We are a gym for Everybody and Every Body. We celebrate the diversity, vibrancy and inclusivity of our staff and members every second of every day. With June marking Pride month, we wanted to reaffirm this value and commitment to our members and the LGBTQ+ community inside and outside of our gyms.

Our commitment goes beyond just Pride Month as our recently published Diversity and Inclusion Manifesto (https://www.tggplc.com/media/107119/TGG-DI-Manifesto.pdf) sets out, and our teams are working hard on ways we can continue to better ourselves and create a more inclusive gym environment for all. We can’t wait to update you on our plans!

WE’RE BACK AND READY TO GO🙌🏻

Please remember the below points when coming back to the gym:

1. Face masks must be worn in all communal areas of the gym including entrance and exit, walking through the gym and changing rooms. You do not need to wear a mask whilst training.

2. TRAIN ALONE. Members must not train in groups, train alone and maintain social distancing. This apply at all times.

3. CLEAN YOUR KIT- Members must spray and wipe down all equipment with sanitising products on the gym floor before and after every machine or piece of kit you’ve used.

4. Classes will return May 17th following government guidelines.

5. Use the app to check how busy the gym is before you arrive - we will still have a capacity limit so please bare this in mind.

Merry Christmas from everyone here at The Gym! It’s been a difficult and challenging year but you our members and our PT’s have been amazing. From lifting in lounges, to gearing up in gardens, we’ve loved how everyone has stuck together through thick and thin.

So Merry Christmas and we’ll see you in the New Year 💙
