We have a very busy training timetable so there are lots of classes to choose from. Boxing Taekwondo and Yoga
Martial Yoga: This is a very strong and dynamic Yoga flow, it will build strength focus balance and flexibility, and help you to stay firmly centered. This is the 1st Yoga sequence preparing the body for the Martial Arts training. These sessions are a fun way to get fit and learn some real

boxing techniques. TKD: Taekwondo training is all about kicking, very quick and acrobatic Martial Art. Its a great fun way to improve your balance agility and flexibility, as well as learning a fantastic self defence.
