Fun is so Important when it comes to training.

Yes, sometimes we have to willfully suffer in order to ensure we don't over train one section of our bodies or if we have to do rehab/prehab exercises.

But the majority of your training you should find somewhat enjoyable. Without fun you'll fail to be consistent.
