We’re opening the doors of Brighton Ballet School on Saturday 12 September for our BBS Community Open Day — and you’re invited! 💗

Never tried ballet before? Thinking about classes for your child? Returning to dance after years away?

Come and give BBS a try — completely FREE!

Our Open Day will also be raising funds to support Emma as she begins her second year of training at The Royal Ballet School’s White Lodge. Donations are very welcome but completely optional — all taster classes really are FREE. 💗

We’re delighted to welcome Owen Morris to Brighton Ballet School this summer! ✨

A former soloist with the State Opera Varna Ballet and an internationally experienced performer, Owen has danced at the Royal Opera House, Glyndebourne and the Royal Albert Hall, as well as appearing in Disney’s The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. Alongside his performing career, he teaches at some of the UK’s leading ballet schools and vocational institutions. We can’t wait for our students to learn from his wealth of professional experience. What a lovely day we spent at The Royal Ballet School. Several BBS students came along to watch the dancing and support our students Florence and Emma, who danced beautifully! We couldn’t have been prouder!

Had a wonderful time watching Emma and her friends perform at the Year 7 concert on Friday! What a lovely talented group of kids! There was a lot of support and enthusiasm in that room! Still having trouble coming to terms with the reality of Emma being at The Royal Ballet School and part of this incredible opportunity! Roll on half term break!! 😍🫶🏻
