Summer is 2 weeks away.

And right now, most people are doing one of two things:

1️⃣ Taking action.

2️⃣ Looking for a better “plan”

Most people don’t need a better plan.

“I want to feel stronger and more capable in the gym rather than just working out without clear direction.”

That’s what Mallaidh wrote on her coaching application when she reached out back in January.

Like a lot of people, she was frustrated by the stop-start cycle. She knew some of what she should be doing but struggled to stay consistent long enough to see the results she wanted.

Fast forward 4 months and she’s now 13kg leaner, stronger, fitter and far more confident in herself.

But here’s what I think is important…

Mallaidh hasn’t achieved this because she’s been perfect.

There have been holidays, travel, social events, busy weeks, scale fluctuations and plenty of days where motivation wasn’t particularly high.

The difference is she kept showing up anyway.

She asked questions.

Took feedback onboard.

Implemented what we discussed.

Stayed coachable.

And gradually levelled up week after week.

Most people underestimate how powerful that is.

They’re still waiting until they feel motivated.
Still waiting for the “perfect” time.

Still telling themselves they’ll properly start next week.

Meanwhile, Mallaidh drew a line in the sand, took action and built momentum.

During the tougher weeks, instead of panicking, starting over or throwing the towel in, she trusted the process and kept moving forward.

And that’s why this result happened.

Not because of a magic diet.

Not because everything went perfectly.

Because she stayed consistent for long enough to let the process work.

13kg down in under 4 months.
Confidence back.
Stronger in the gym.
More in control around food.

We all get a choice.

To spend summer:

•⁠ ⁠feeling uncomfortable in your own skin

…or actually feeling confident in yourself again.

And no, it’s not about being “shredded”.

It’s about having energy, feeling fitter, walking into social situations confidently & not overthinking what you look like 24/7.

Because honestly… when you feel good physically, everything else improves with it.

Your confidence.
Your routine.
Your standards.
Your mindset.

I know firsthand how much being “in shape” positively impacts every area of life and it’s a massive reason why I push my clients so hard to stop settling for “average”.

The best part?

You do NOT need to live in the gym or eat perfectly to get there.

You just need structure, consistency and to stop waiting for “the right time” to start.
