If you are feeling adrift or disillusioned with your life ,you are not alone . It can be overwhelming to even try and think about a way forwards and yet all you want is some movement, and to feel more positive.
I find it very helpful to think about what I can change and what I can't. By accepting that there are things in life that you are stuck with and have to navigate can take some pressure off. Its ok to be resentful and annoyed with others and situations .
This act of letting go is a huge start but there is much more you can do to find clarity and direction. Choose to do things that make you happy - swap out the motivation podcast for your favourite music or audio book, congratulate yourself for your hard work , patience ,your kindness and let other people's issues be theirs and not yours. You have enough without adding on other peoples issues.
