WOW WTAF?!?!! Honestly guys, whoever you are, TAKE IT HOME or PUT IT IN ANOTHER BIN!!!! So lucky to come down to the beach on a morning and see beautiful views. Only to be ruined by a few. Such a shame you can’t just take it home IN THE BAG YOU BROUGHT IT DOWN HERE WITH!! And yes, I’m shouting 😂🙄

It’s an offshore wind - do you know what that means? The sea might be flat and look amazing right now, but don’t get caught out on your paddleboards & inflatables. ‼️THINK ‼️before you head out on a jolly. Which direction is the wind blowing? ARE YOU A STRONG SWIMMER? Could you swim back to shore if you needed to? Are you wearing a life jacket? Have you got your phone in a waterproof case in the event of needing help? Who would you call in the event of needing help? Who are you going out there with? Can they also swim? Who’s got eyes on you from the shore? Who’s going to rescue you?! Becks and I coming soon with more sea safety

Well that was BOUNCY!!! First swim event in a loooooong time. It’s time to start living for the present moment again instead of fearing the worst for the future. So great to be surrounded by such lovely swimmy friends Ruth Jill Maddie Aleema - and to take on this challenging swim. Such beautiful colours out at sea today and I kept myself amused in my swim by watching all the faces and arms being tossed around in very choppy water. Big smiles when we reached the end of the Palace Pier and then riding the waves back in. Thank you to Mark for putting on a great event in support of the fabulous charity and to all the volunteers. A great day ☀️🏊🏻‍♀️
