We were very fortunate to be bathed in Spring sunshine for our retreat on Saturday in the beautiful village of Wing. Such a lovely group, we came together setting our intentions for the day and enjoyed a Temple Spa Facial, Gentle Yoga, Somatics and Breathwork followed by a lovely shared lunch. In the afternoon we reflected by the maze and took a meditative walk through it just as our ancestors would have in medieval times. We closed the day in rest with a yoga nidra meditation followed by a Sound Bath with my beautiful new gem stone infused bowls which carry not only sound resonance but the additional healing properties of the crystals. We’ll be holding another two retreats soon in Wing and at Topstones in between Billesdon and Tilton and we’d love for you to join us! More details and booking:

Happy Earth Day! Today is a reminder to pause, appreciate the world around us and connect with the earth. When we take even a short pause to let go of our mental to-do list and step outside, our whole mind and body shifts. Our body softens our breath slows, our stress levels decrease and our whole being relaxes. This week in yoga we’ve been exploring strength of body and mind through the colour blue and my blue bell meditation, which I was inspired to write sitting in my garden bursting full of blue bells! Thought I’d share too some beautiful blue bell wood walks I’ve been on in order to connect more fully with the earth. My cheeky puppy Mina has also been really enjoying flocking through the bluebells!
