Philadelphia CC Club

Philadelphia CC Club Established in 1868 and located at our Bunker Hill Ground, we are at the heart of the local community in Philadelphia.

In addition to cricket, we also host functions, fitness classes and community activities. We have four senior cricket teams and a junior section, with under 11s, under 13s, under 15s and under 18s squads.

Only 10 days until our Summer Festival kicks off, and to celebrate we're giving away 4 FREE Saturday tickets!

It's shaping up to be a day to remember, packed with quality live music, great atmosphere, and fantastic entertainment.

We'll have some brilliant bands performing throughout the day, including Mr Palace himself as the penultimate act before The Lewis Curry Party Band closes the show with everyone's favourite tunes! 🎤🎸

In the last 24 hours, the club has received the heartbreaking news of the passing of two much-loved members, both true supporters and longstanding stalwarts of the club.

Earlier this week, Jonty Grant Snr sadly passed away. Prior to today’s second team fixture against Seaham Harbour, a minute’s silence was held in his memory.

We were then saddened to learn of the passing of Philip Raine this morning.

Both men will be greatly missed and our thoughts and deepest condolences are with their families and friends at this difficult time.

Our girls secured their very first outdoor victory with some incredible wickets, boundaries and fielding! Even more, giving up only one wicket! 👏🏏

The hard work, commitment, and progress from every single player is really starting to shine through, and we couldn’t be prouder of this team 💚
