Fantastic result for our Under 11s today 👏🏏

Philadelphia CC won the toss and elected to field against Washington CC. The first ball went for 4 and we thought we were in for a game… but the young guns responded brilliantly! 💪
A massive shoutout to Eva, who stepped up with 3 wickets 🔥 Wickets also came from Hector, Sam and our new lad Ethan 👏
The batting was 100000% better today — stronger striking of the ball, smart running between the wickets, and great teamwork throughout. Eva found her mojo with the bat, while the first pair got us going with some excellent running, even turning wides into 2s 💨
Sam hit some cracking 4s on the way to 17 runs, and Thomas also came up with some lovely boundaries and important runs 👏
Special mention to our last pair — the smallest players on the pitch, but they batted brilliantly! Ethan showed great posture and confidence at the crease 👌
Player of the Match was awarded by Eva to Ethan 🏅
Philadelphia CC Under 11s finished on 85/8 with a net score of 115.
Well done to everyone involved — the improvement, effort and teamwork on show today was fantastic. 💙💛

Under 15s Game cancelled tonight due to wet pitch at Durham

Great start to the season for our U15s tonight! 🏏💪
Philadelphia hosted Peterlee and won the toss, choosing to field in a reduced 16‑over match. 🌥️

Peterlee batted through their overs, finishing on 40 for 3, with wickets taken by Austin Caris (1) and Luke Marriott (2). 🎯🔥

Philadelphia chased it down in 10.5 overs, reaching 41 for 5 to secure the win. 🏆👏
A solid team performance all round. Well done, everyone! 🙌💛

A massive well done to all the players – a fantastic team performance and a great start to the season with a first game win! 😀👏
The bowling unit worked really hard throughout, showing great effort and teamwork.
welcome to Hector and Seb, who both made a great start and fitted straight into the team 👏
Eva delivered an outstanding performance, taking 6 wickets and earning Player of the Match – a brilliant achievement! 🔥🏆
Loui also deserves a special mention for a confident first spell behind the stumps 👏
With the bat, the team showed strength all the way down the order. The running between the wickets was excellent, keeping the pressure on and the energy high.
Overall, a really impressive performance from the whole squad – well done everyone! 💪
