POWHER HOUR SUNDAYS ⚡️💖

A brand new women’s only class based every Sunday 10am 🥰

Our girlies smashed it out the park last weekend! An all rounder session starting with some strength specifically lower focus, into a 30 minute engine style send 🚀

All ages & all abilities are welcome. You’ll be paired up with someone of a similar fitness level to you (so you also don’t need to worry about coming on your own). This class is about empowering YOU & growing your confidence within a class environment 💫

Our class booking system is now LIVE, just head to the link in my bio where you can book onto a single session or buy a class pack if you know this will be a regular class for you!

I asked the girls what they felt they’d gained from coaching and here was the response…

They didn’t just get there from a PDF plan.

They got there because to be honest I’m a coach that gives a f*ck

We all have challenges and factors that make it difficult to get the result but it’s my job to know a way round it, keep you accountable for it & be the best support system I can.

So excited for this one.

The environment you’re in is very important for not only your day to day life but the person you’d like to become.

When I heard about what & .coach were creating over in Horwich , I knew without a doubt this was the direction for me. They & the gym embody everything I stand for as a coach and I’m so grateful for you guys providing this space for me & my girls 🖤

So as of January I’ll be based at FitBox BL6📍

With the new space comes new opportunities for girls looking to get into the gym or coaching, new levels of quality equipment & generally somewhere you’ll want to spend your time 🫶🏻

I truly feel like I’ve found a forever home for my business.
