So the team kicked off our 11th season today with a tricky fixture against Wigan Rovers Reserves.

It was a gritty and close game that either side could have won late on but a good point in the end to start the season.

So the season came to a close in an amazing way for the lions this afternoon and a result that was gained by great efforts & determination.

Its been a great season for the team with the most goals scored but also least goals conceded ever, most of all a great group that's come together showed promise an hope for the future.

Well done to all the players this season ,couple friendlies then its a deserved break.
