About The Teacher
My name is Tony. I was first introduced to yoga after suffering whiplash in a car crash almost 20 years ago, and I was hooked from day one.

I’ve now been teaching yoga in Horwich, Bolton and Preston for 14 years. I’m qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and fully insured. Over the years I’ve been teaching, I’ve developed an approach that is different to what you often get in a yoga class so feel free to come along. Everyone welcome including complete beginners.

About the class
Tonight, we’re focused on the hands and arms so if you work at a desk or in a trade or suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome this is a good way to reduce the accumulated tension

I'm shortly taking early retirement from my day job, and am considering doing some additional yoga classes.
