Good morning all,

Yesterday I had a scare, I have chest pains leading in my back and down my arm and a tingling face.
1st called the doctor and was told to go to A&E.

Thankfully, they rules out a heart attack but I'm being referred to cardiology for further investigation.

At present I won't be teaching yoga.

I've been told I need to rest up as I have uncontrollable tachycardia and even tho I presented calm at the hospital the doctor says my body isn't and why my heart rate is so high.

I want to thank each and everyone who I teach or have, and all the people who have support my journey as a yoga teacher so far. I promise I will be back when I'm back to full health.

When you join my studio or a practice, I want you to have the best experience possible. I'm here to guide you on your yoga journey & support you. This is your yoga practice, not mine.

Feedback gives me an insight of your expectations, likes and dislike so you fully enjoy every practice.

In loving memory of my beautiful Aunt.
Fundraiser day for where my aunt spent her last 6 weeks of her life.

Yesterday, my Yogathom 12 yoga challenge took place.

Such a special day as I organised this with my aunt before she passed. I sat with her at the hospice, we picked colours for leaflets, designs, and spoke about timetable and what practices to teach.

I hope I did her proud, my own way of saying my final goodbye! A way to support the incredible staff and hospice, who supported my aunt and our family through the most difficult time of all our lives. They are really superheroes, and we are all so grateful 🙏 💕
