And that’s a wrap for Thursday Ignite classes! Thanks to all the Swoovers who’ve been along and supported me while Ive been covering. Next Thursday class will be 8th January with Swoove with Esther!

Thank you so much to everyone who supported our Swoovathon this morning!! We had so much fun swooving together and with such an enthusiastic bunch of whoopers!!
Am looking forward to Swooving with you lots more in the next couple of months!!

It's hard to believe, but today is my 10 year Swooversary! A whole decade of being a Swoove Instructor. I'm so grateful to the incredible Swoovy community and our noble founder Esther, who has brought us all together.

In that time there have been Swoovathons, family fun days, village fair demos, instructor catch ups and trainings, winter balls, outdoor classes, online classes, Age UK classes, disco classes, stretch classes and who could forget the Big Swoove, 40 hours non-stop Swooving for 40 different charities! I'm so proud of everything we've achieved and all the friends I've made along the way.

It seems appropriate that this weekend Esther and I will be Swooving together for our MacMillan Swoovathon!! (Join us in KEH Lindfield from 9-11am on Sunday if you can!)

Here's to another Swoovy decade!! 💙💚💛🧡❤️

I was so delighted to be invited to join the Ardingly Brownies and Rainbows recently. It was a hot day but we had loads of fun Swooving to Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran and others and talked about the physical and mental benefits of exercise and music.
All to help them towards their athlete badges!
