Next up in our Levels Series: Lunges💪
Possibly one of the most versatile exercises you can do on the Reformer, accessible to all abilities and can be incorporated easily into any class!
Lunges from the floor (or even a box to the side of the reformer!) can help assist in more beginner friendly variations, providing stability and support.
To advance, standing on the platform extender or even bringing one foot to the footbar 👀 adds an extra layer of instability, to test balance and core strength.
