A massive thank you to all my clients in Horsham - Colgate Village Hall, The Venue at BBH FC, North Heath Hall, Durrants Village and ERG Air Pollution Control Ltd.

Thanks to your generosity we have raised over 60kg of tins (150 cans of food) for the Horsham Matters - Horsham District Food Bank. I applaud each and everyone of you who went to the trouble to come to my Pilates weights classes and those who so kindly donated. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

No experience is required, if you think of a ‘stretch and tone’ class but so, so much more!

This is all about the impacts of AI on our brains and ‘If we don’t use it we lose it’!

Our bodies are just the same. If we sit for too long our bodies become stiff, our joints tighten and our muscles and bones become weaker. WE ARE DESIGNED TO MOVE EVERYBODY.

So this bank holiday weekend, enjoy the time with family and friends but get moving.

LIFT IT 🏋️‍♀️ and then GIFT IT 🥫

Horsham Matters – Food bank collection w/b 24/8/26

This week we will be doing weights classes all week, strength training is important as we age. I always say if you don’t have weights then you could use tin cans instead.

I would like to collect these cans and make a group donation to the Horsham District Foodbank at the end of the week.

See the attached photo of what they urgently need.

Let’s see as a group what a difference we can make for families across our region this summer.

With the opening of the new Hope Keith Room at Rusper Village Hall, I am pleased to announce that I will be restarting Pilates classes in Rusper.
Mon 11.30am-12.30am starting from 7 September - £9 per session.

I wasn’t born in Sussex, but I am proud to call it home and to live near the ancient St Leonard’s Forest.

We are lucky enough to have a beautiful coastline as well as the rolling South Downs all on our doorstep.
