HYROX Saturday at Horsham CrossFit 💥
Today our athletes took on this brutal Mini ROX challenge. 8km of running mixed with Ski Ergs, Rowing, Sled Pushes, Burpee Broad Jumps, Walking Lunges, Farmers Carries and a spicy finish of 100 Wall Balls.
