Horsham Sports Club would like to extend a huge 'thank you' to everyone who came to support Horsham Fireworks Night yesterday evening.

We had a fantastic event and everybody seemed to be having a great time.

Thanks to everybody involved in the organisation of this mammoth event. To our staff and large team of volunteers and especially to our neighbours for their understanding and support during the inevitable disruption. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and essential to us as a not-for-profit community sports club. We couldn't do it without you.

And a huge 'thank you' to the team at the Les Searle Group for sponsoring our spectacular finale - which we really hope you enjoyed.

SOLD OUT!

Tonight's event, Horsham Fireworks Night, is now sold out. Please DO NOT COME TO THE EVENT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TICKET. THERE ARE NO TICKET SALES ON THE GATE.

Everyone who has a ticket, we're really looking forward to seeing you very soon. We hope you have a fantastic evening and thank you so much for your support of our community fundraising event.

TICKET SALES ARE ALMOST AT CAPACITY. SALES WILL END TODAY AT 4PM. THERE WILL BE NO TICKET SALES ON THE GATE.

Here's what you need to know:

Gates open at 5pm when you'll be able to enjoy the funfair, sample our wide range of food vendors and have a drink at one of our bars. Please don't arrive earlier than 5pm as you won't be able to access the site. Please do not bring anyone who does not have a ticket.

The Fireworks display starts at 7.30pm (exact timings will be dictated by the professional display team).

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large amount of footfall on Cricketfield Road in the lead up to the event, the road will be CLOSED to all vehicles apart from the emergency services and Disabled Blue Badge holders.

There is NO PARKING onsite, with the exception of a limited number of Disabled Blue Badge holder spaces - these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. THERE IS NO OTHER PARKING.

Please park in one of the nearby town centre car parks which are a short walk away. Horsham train station is also 15-20 mins walk from our ground. Parking information can be found here: https://www.horsham.gov.uk/parking/horsham-town-centre-parking.

If you are being dropped off, please ask to be dropped off in one of the surrounding roads close to Horsham Sports Club and then walk in. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS CRICKETFIELD ROAD BY VEHICLE.

There are two pedestrian entrances to the event. These can be accessed via our main entrance on Cricketfield Road or by walking down the Causeway, behind St Mary's Church and over the river bridge towards our tennis courts.

Please have your tickets ready for inspection, or your QR code readily visible on your phone when approaching the entrance(s).

PARENTS and GUARDIANS: please keep children and vulnerable persons close and in sight at all times. Should you become separated from your child or vulnerable person you should inform one of the event stewards immediately and they will implement the event procedure for lost children and vulnerable persons.

All attendees will be subject to a security bag search and there will inevitably be queues at the main entrances. We will do our utmost to move people along as quickly as possible, but please be patient and courteous to our event stewards and security personnel.

We have a strict NO FIREWORKS, NO SPARKLERS, NO ALCOHOL, NO SHARP OBJECTS and NO GLASS policy. You will not be permitted to bring these items into the event - they will be confiscated by our Security Team.

This is an outdoor event only, so please dress appropriately and be aware it is already wet and muddy underfoot. There is NO access to the clubhouse during the event, with the exception of the queue in / out of the main club bar and to access disabled facilities.

Horsham Sports Club and sponsors will be taking photos and / or video footage. These may be shared on social media and with third party organisations for publicity purposes.

We recommend over the ear defenders for young spectators or those with sensory issues.

When leaving the event please be considerate to our neighbours and local residents.

Horsham Sports Club wishes to extend its gratitude to the current generation of the Blewitt family - who have owned the land on Denne Hill for over 50 years - for allowing us to use the land to fire the fireworks from. This event would not be possible without their support and consent.

Sales of the last remaining standard advance price tickets END AT MIDNIGHT.

You can still buy standard advance tickets today for just £11 for adults and over 5's. Under 5's go free (but must still have a ticket).

Subject to availability there MAY be some advance 'on the day' tickets still on sale online tomorrow. Advance on the day tickets will be £13 pp. Online sales end at 2pm tomorrow (Saturday 25th October).

ONLY IF WE HAVE NOT SOLD OUT, tickets on the gate will cost £15 pp.

You can still buy 'Advance' tickets for just £11 for Adults / over 5's. Under 5's go free, but they must still have a ticket.
