What a day. 🌀💙

Cyclone Race 2026 gave us everything, energy, determination, teamwork and plenty of sweat (it was a HOT one! 🔥☀️). But more than anything, it reminded us why we do this.

To every single HF athlete who stood on that start line, dug deep and refused to give up... THANK YOU. Your hard work, resilience and heart are what make Cyclone Race so much more than just a race. We couldn't be prouder of every single one of you. 💪💙

🚀 HF Youngstars is BACK 🚀

Following the success of our first trial block, we’re excited to be launching another round of HF Youngstars this summer.

Inspired by the growing popularity of HYROX Youngstars, these sessions are designed to help kids in Year 6 up to 15 years to:

🏃 Build fitness & confidence
💪 Learn functional HYROX movements
🔥 Develop strength, coordination & endurance
🤝 Train in a fun and supportive environment

From running and rowing to lunges and wall balls, the sessions introduce children to HYROX-style training in an age appropriate, encouraging and energetic way 👊

The response to our first programme has been fantastic and the current block is already full with a waiting list.

We’ll be releasing more spaces soon 👇

We loved supporting Horsham Joggers and their annual 10k.

Huge congratulations to all our members who conquered the hilly route - so many PBs, podiums, and personal milestones, incredible effort from everyone!

A special shout out to the amazing HF support team lining the streets. Your cheers and encouragement made a huge difference for all the runners.

HYROX London Olympia did not disappoint!

We had 30 HF members taking part across the week - from first timers stepping onto the start line, to those taking on singles for the first time, to our younger athletes competing in Youngsters and some seriously impressive PBs along the way!

But more than anything, looking back at the photos, the overwhelming feeling is pride.

Pride in the effort, the courage to step outside comfort zones and the way everyone supported each other throughout.

You represented HF brilliantly and we couldn’t be prouder 💙

31 Names - One Horsham Fitness Team 💚

This month the HF Team are heading to London Olympia to take on HYROX and we couldn’t be prouder.

For some, this is their first ever event.
For others, they’re stepping up to Singles or Pro.

Every name in this list represents early mornings, late nights, consistency and courage to step outside their comfort zone.

No matter the category, the goal is the same - to show up, give it everything and most importantly, enjoy the experience.

🎄 WHAT A DAY🎄

Our Christmas Charity Challenge on Saturday was nothing short of epic - 220 members, 4 teams, lots of energy and an unbelievable amount of festive fitness fun!! 💪✨

Big shoutout to our teams:

🎄 The Ho Ho Ho’s
🩰 The Sugar Plum Fairies

You took on some seriously competitive events including:
⛷️ On the Piste – max distance ski
🎁 Move Santa’s Presents – loaded trap bars & kettlebells… while a teammate hung from the chin-up bar
🚴 Assault Bike – max distance burned
🚣 Rower challenge – fastest time to 30km

A fantastic morning of sweat, teamwork and fun - all followed by a brilliant evening raising a glass to the event and the incredible cause we were supporting: Chestnut Tree House❤️

We are immensely proud to announce that we raised:

👉 307% of our original target
