NEW! Pilates Classes at Oakwood Hill Village Hall, Surrey
Fridays 9.15am from September 6th
Pilates is a holistic form of exercise which is both safe and effective. It is fantastic for strengthening and toning your muscles along with developing your core strength. The exercises improve flexibility, mobility, balance and posture. And Pilates is brilliant for boosting your mood and your sense of wellbeing.
Spend a little time focusing on your mind and body. Leave feeling stronger, calmer and revitalised.
Classes are 60 minutes and cost £10.
