🌀 INTERVIEW | & - Mixed Doubles 🥈

The closest race of the day. An absolute battle from start to finish, the Mixed Doubles was a very close race and afterwards, we caught up with Paul and Faye (after a few well-deserved buckets of water to the face! 💦😂) to hear how they found Cyclone Race 2026.

From the community atmosphere and the sunshine ☀️ to the incredible support from our judges and volunteers keeping athletes cool on the stations, it sounds like it was everything we hoped it would be.

This is what Cyclone Race is all about. Not just the competition, but the community, the family, the fun. 🌀

An absolutely incredible Cyclone Race 2026, full of energy, grit and sweat (it was a HOT one!) made this another one to remember. 🔥☀️

A massive thank you to every single athlete who pushed themselves to the limit and gave everything out on that course, you are what makes Cyclone Race so special. 💪

And to our incredible volenteers, none of this happens without you. Your effort, dedication and smiles throughout the day meant the world. You are the backbone of this event. 🙌

Cyclone Race records!

It was a hot one last year, but still set a new Women's Singles record, & and & Paul Foster set new records in the Women's and Men's Doubles categories despite the 33 degrees! ☀️ 💥

Can they be toppled this year? Can return and take the Men's Singles time as well as keep his crown? 👑

One things for sure, there will be some top athletes giving it a good go! 💪

We can't wait to see you all in July whether you're taking on a record or just taking on the course! It's going to be fun for all taking part! 🌀

Trophy Drop Day! 🌪️

Katie and Dan headed down to Bognor last Sunday to take on a Hyrox Mixed Doubles simulation at (1:09 finish time 👏🔥) — and to officially present them with the 2025 Cyclone Race Gym Trophy.

The trophy now sits proudly in their gym alongside the Hyrox flags and hybrid race silverware… and it’ll stay there until July 5th 👀

Huge thanks to the whole team for the warm welcome — a seriously well-organised sim and a top atmosphere from athletes and supporters alike 💪

Now the question is…
Can they make it three in a row?
Or will another gym wrestle the Cyclone Trophy away in 2026? 🏆🔥
