🥊More Than Just a Box Fit Class 🥊

Every week, a group of incredible women choose to show up for themselves. Not for perfection. Not for pressure. But for them.

As a coach, the very first change I love to see isn’t a number on the scales or a change in body shape—it’s the smiles. 😊

Because when you genuinely enjoy exercise, everything else starts to fall into place. Healthy habits become easier to maintain, confidence grows, and living a healthier lifestyle feels less like a chore and more like a choice.

Box Fit brings so much more than a workout:

Builds your cardio fitness and endurance
Increases strength and power
Improves hand-eye coordination and agility
Burns calories and boosts energy levels
Releases serotonin, helping to improve mood and reduce stress
Builds confidence through learning new skills
Creates friendships and a supportive community

But what I love most is seeing women encourage each other, celebrate each other’s wins, and leave the class happier than when they arrived.

Fitness should be fun. It should make you feel strong, capable, and empowered. It should lift you up, not tear you down.

Watching you all move your bodies, learn new skills, challenge yourselves, laugh together, and grow in confidence is what puts the biggest smile on my face.

So here’s to the women who show up once a week, even when life is busy. Those small acts of self-care add up to something truly powerful.

❤️ Keep showing up for yourself.
❤️ Keep believing in yourself.
❤️ Keep smiling.

Because the happiest, strongest version of you is built one session at a time. 🥊✨

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted in here!

The reason I’ve been incredibly busy working face-to-face and individually with clients, helping them work towards their goals, which means I haven’t managed to keep as up to date with the Facebook group as I’d like. But I wanted to take a moment to share just a few of the amazing things that have been happening recently within Team EH Fitness.

🏃‍♀️ Hannah completed her first half marathon! What a huge achievement. Hannah, I am so proud of you and everything you’ve worked for. Completing your first half marathon is an incredible milestone and one you should be very proud of.

💪 The ladies headed to Brentwood for Nuclear Fit!Charlotte and Barbara took on their first-ever Nuclear Fit competition and smashed it with a fantastic time of 48 minutes. What an achievement! You both should be incredibly proud of yourselves. You’re strength was shining thorough in that race ladies.💪

🔥 Laura raced in Nuclear Fit & Storm!Laura took on both races with strength and determination. She really noticed how much her consistency with running has transformed her fitness and built her engine. She achieved personal bests in both events, and I am incredibly proud of her!

Lisa smashed her PB!Lisa achieved a fantastic personal best in her solo race and then went on to race doubles with Laura, where they also achieved a PB together. Amazing work from both of you! Lisa you really did dig deep after a week of illness you went & achieved so much .so proud of you.

👏 Tom completed his first Nuclear Fit!Tom teamed up with Paige in the mixed doubles event and absolutely loved it. Safe to say he'll be back for more! Tom I look forward to seeing you & Paige out there in September.

🏋️‍♀️ Paige took on her first doubles weight raceA huge challenge and no small task, but Paige stepped up and absolutely smashed it. So proud of you!

Jana headed out there with Hannah, and together they absolutely smashed the time they had both previously raced. Jana is the best person to have by your side on race day—kind, supportive, encouraging, and always pushing you to be your best. I’m so proud of you, Jana. Well done!

🚴‍♂️ Nick completed his first Half Ironman! Nick took on a huge challenge consisting of a 1.2-mile swim, a 55-mile bike ride, and a half marathon. It was a hot and tough day, but he got it done in 8 hours! An incredible achievement and a great step towards his full Ironman. Let’s keep building that engine, Nick 💪 words can’t say how proud I am that Nick chose me to be his coach for such a huge competition. Thank you🙏🏻

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Hannah and Jana raced together a year on from starting her journey, Hannah is now also a strong runner, and Jana noticed a massive difference in her performance across all the stations. Jana was the perfect teammate and support, and together they made a fantastic team. They’re already signed up to do it all again in September!

Paige also completed Storm with Laura and had the best time. It was amazing to see how all of her sessions have made paige so much stronger and fitter, and alongside this, her dedication to running has completely changed her race outcomes. Well done, Paige — I’m so proud of you!

🏃‍♀️ Laura, Lisa, Liz and I completed the London Half Marathon! What an incredible achievement for all of these ladies. This was their first half marathon, and they all finished in fantastic times. Seeing them out running every Sunday throughout the winter on those dark, early mornings showed real dedication, commitment, and determination. I’m so proud of each and every one of you. It genuinely made me smile seeing how far you’ve all come and what you’ve achieved. Well done ladies you should be so proud of yourselves.

The thing that makes me most proud isn't just the races, medals, PBs, or finish time it's seeing people believe in themselves, push outside their comfort zones, and achieve things they once thought were impossible.

A huge congratulations to every single member of Team EH Fitness. You’re are doing so well, and I couldn't be prouder of you all.

Thank you for your hard work, commitment, and for making this such an amazing community to be part of. ❤️

When dancing makes your amazing client happy .. what do we do .. we dance of course .
Dancing can feel good for the “soul” because it affects both your mind and body at the same time. When you dance,

several things happen:

Your brain releases endorphins and dopamine, which boost mood and reduce stress.
Music and movement help you express emotions that are hard to put into words.
It gets you out of your head and into the present moment, which can feel calming and freeing.

Here they are ⭐️my amazing clients⭐️

Once again, they stepped outside of their comfort zones this weekend to complete a high-energy functional fitness competition, and I honestly couldn’t be prouder.

For some, it was their very first competition, which is always nerve-racking when you don’t know what to expect. Others pushed themselves even further stepping up to men’s weights in mixed doubles with her partner Tom taking on singles events, smashing PBs, and proving just how capable they are.

One of my ladies completed the singles and achieved a brand-new PB.
Two others completed the event twice and also walked away with new PBs.
Another pair shaved an incredible 8 minutes off their previous time.

Looking at this photo makes me so proud of the community we’ve built together. These are strong, supportive, determined women who continue to show up for themselves and each other.

You are all amazing, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you. Huge congratulations to you all ❤️

This photo says it all happy, confident, fabulous people.

Sunday was one of those days that reminds me exactly why I do what I do. Watching my clients push themselves, show up, and achieve things they once thought were out of reach makes me incredibly proud.

A huge congratulations to Hannah May who completed her very first half marathon. This time last year, Hannah wasn’t a runner. Fast forward to now, and she’s stronger, fitter, and absolutely thriving. Crossing the finish line beside Hannah was genuinely incredible. Let her be a reminder that the things you think you “can’t” do are often just the things you haven’t committed to yet. Hannah is proof of what’s possible.
Big shout out to Hannah’s parents, Husband & her children they were a wonderful support.

Nick also completed the worthing Half Marathon as part of his preparation for an Ironman later this year, putting in a fantastic time. The consistency and dedication he’s showing right now is exactly what big goals are built on.

A big shoutout to Dave as well, who I met for the first time on Sunday you did brilliantly out there.

And Becca from boot camp completing her very first half marathon! It was so great to see you on Sunday and celebrate that huge achievement.

Moments like this don’t happen by chance. They’re built through hard work, early mornings, discipline, and resilience.

I’m so proud of everyone, it was a great day spent with amazing people.

Happy Monday ✨

A new week = a fresh chance to get closer to your goals.
You don’t need to be perfect… you just need to keep showing up.

Progress isn’t about doing everything right , it’s about doing the small things consistently. Every workout, every healthy choice, every step forward counts more than you think.

If you’re struggling with motivation this week, start simple:

Don’t wait to “feel ready” take action first, motivation follows
Focus on one habit at a time, not everything all at once
Set a small, achievable goal for today (not the whole week)

Changing old habits into a new lifestyle
Old habits don’t disappear overnight — they get replaced.
Think of it as upgrading your routine, not restricting your life.

Try this:
Swap, don’t stop (e.g. fizzy drinks → flavoured water)
Make it easier to succeed (prep meals, lay out gym clothes)
Stay consistent, not extreme — that’s what makes it stick

Small adjustments that make a BIG difference:

* Add a 10–15 minute walk daily
* Drink more water
* Include protein in every meal
* Get to bed a little earlier
* Plan your workouts like appointments

These might seem small… but done daily, they transform your life.

Remember: this isn’t a quick fix — it’s a lifestyle you’re building.
And every step you take is moving you forward.

You’ve got this. Let’s make this week count
Remember to always do your best & be proud of every step you take. 💛

As a coach, I’m always encouraging my clients to step outside of their comfort zones. I know firsthand that it can feel challenging, even scary… but it’s also where the magic happens. That mix of nerves and excitement? That’s growth knocking at your door.

This weekend, as I turned 50, I took on the Brighton Marathon. Something I had never done before. Honestly, it felt daunting — I’d never pushed myself to that distance, and there were moments I doubted whether I could do it.

But I did.

And not only did I finish, I completed it in a time I never even thought possible.

That feeling? Unmatched.

But more than that, I truly hope that by doing this, I can inspire others. Inspire you to try something you’ve been telling yourself you “can’t” do. To take that step towards a challenge that feels just out of reach. Because the truth is, we are all capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for.

If watching me do this makes even one person think, “maybe I could too…” then it’s worth it.

It reminded me why I ask my clients to push themselves — because on the other side of fear is confidence, strength, and a version of yourself you didn’t even know existed.

The marathon taught me so much:Even on the tough days… you can keep going.Even when your mind tells you to quit… you’re stronger than you think. And every step forward counts — no matter how small it feels in the moment.

So if something is calling you but also making you feel nervous , lean into it. That’s where the real change happens.

I’m proud, not only of myself but of all of you that completed it, it was a fantastic achievement & I couldn’t have done it without being paced for the first 16 miles by a 15 time marathon runner who looked after me & helped me to achieve the time that I did. Thank you so much Nick 🙏🏻

Up and out early this morning 🌅🏃‍♀️

Massive shoutout to my amazing client Nat for getting the run done before most people even hit snooze. This is what it takes when you’ve got a goal locked in.

Nuclear Fit is only 3 weeks away now… and she’s showing up, putting in the work, and staying consistent 💪

Keep going Nat, you’ve got this.
Because discipline is what carries you forward when motivation dips and that’s where real progress is made.

Proud is an understatement beautiful lady💞
