Prenatal flowing with little spud 🥔 This time last year I was preparing to head off to for my YTT and my practice was looking very different to how it is now! Can’t believe how fast that year has gone! Today it is all about making space for my growing belly, strengthening my hips/pelvis and making sure I’m in the best place mentally and physically for what is to come in just a few weeks time!🤱🏻Spud was kicking and rolling the whole way through 😊
