⚽️ One of my favourite moments from a recent 1:1 session.

After missing the target twice, Jasper started to get frustrated. Instead of focusing on the miss, we focused on the information…

What did the shot tell us?
What was happening with the technique?
What could we adjust?

A small change later, and the ball found the target.

Football is full of moments like this. The players who improve the fastest aren’t always the ones who get everything right first time, they’re the ones who stay curious, make adjustments and keep going 👏

Mistakes aren’t failures, they’re feedback.
