That's what we see every week at class. Kids who couldn't wait to get home to their Xbox are now asking when they can come back to train.

Because Kung Fu is real. The kicks are real. The progress is real. The confidence they walk out with every session is very, very real 💪

So we all know that hitting someone else at school is the wrong thing to do. But if someone hits you there is nothing wrong with using your Kung Fu to defend yourself, as long as you don't follow up with other attacks.
