Adult Ballet at Bodywise Gym & Studios Adult Ballet classes in Warnham Come along to the trial class on Monday 28th March to see what you think and hear more about the course due on 4th April.

Ballet is a great way to develop and improve posture, fitness, flexibility, strength and co-ordination, while meeting new people. I have danced from the age of 4, have been a qualified IDTA ballet teacher since 2009 and am now starting an Adult Ballet class at Warnham Health and Fitness. Whatever shape, size, age or ability EVERYONE CAN DO THIS!! For more information please either contact me.

Tomorrow is the day......tomorrow my wonderful ladies will be dancing on stage at The Hawth!! They have worked so hard in perfecting their dance - even when their teacher had to dip out for a few weeks to have a baby they didn't stop meeting up and rehersing!
Ladies, you are all truly amazing. I will be right there in the wings cheering you all with pride and hope you enjoy every minute! ❤️

Mixed emotions as we leave the studio this evening. Thank you so much for filling the studio with beautiful ballet dancers 1 last time before I head off to have baby #3.
Thank you to everyone's kind words and support watching me as I grew to the size of a small elephant. I will miss you all and see you again in a few months time.

Hi all
Just to remind you that tomorrow is the last group ballet class before Christmas. How has that happened??
We will be dancing to festive songs and just having a jolly good time.
We will be stopping at the pub after for a little festive drink too for anyone who would like to come 🥂
We will recommence lessons on 3rd January 2022!!!
I hope to see as many as possible tomorrow but I know some of you are unable to come, so for those that I don't see thank you for all your support and love over this year and I wish you all a very happy Christmas and New Year with your loved ones. 🎄

Again, very annoyed I didn't take a photo..so I'm afraid these are zoomed photos from the past, but.. Desperately sad to say goodbye to one of my longer standing ladies this evening as she relocates down to Cornwall.
Frances, it has been a real pleasure having you attend my classes, you are a beautuful dancer and wonderful lady. We will all miss you very much!! All the best and please stay in touch! 😪 x

Super proud of all my students who went in for their ballet exams today. You have all worked so hard to get here especially my silver medalists who have learnt their work in just over 4 weeks including a dance!
You all deserve fantastic results! 😘
