When we first started back in January, the goal may have been weight loss, but the real transformation has been so much bigger than the number on the scales.

Want bigger, stronger quads without loading up a barbell?

The Sissy Squat is one of the most underrated leg exercises for building serious quad strength and muscle.

Although an advanced exercise, performed properly, this will give you some serious gains in the quads and healthy knees!

✅ Massive quad activation
✅ Deep stretch under tension
✅ Improves knee strength and control
✅ Minimal equipment required
✅ Perfect leg-day finisher

How to do it:
1️⃣ Stand tall and rise slightly onto your toes
2️⃣ Keep your body in a straight line
3️⃣ Push your knees forward as you lean back
4️⃣ Lower until you feel a strong quad stretch
5️⃣ Drive back up by squeezing your quads

💡 Start with support if you're new to the movement and focus on control over depth.

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn't physical💪

When this client first started, exercise brought anxiety, self-doubt, and uncertainty. Taking that first step felt overwhelming.

Today, I received this message:

Messages like this remind me why I do what I do.
Fitness isn't just about losing weight, building muscle, or hitting personal bests. It's about helping people feel confident, capable, and comfortable in their own bodies.
