Six years of Empowered House… a month ago 😅✨

Apparently I was too busy running the business to remember its anniversary! 😆

This job is just the best. I genuinely love the conversations, the people, and the privilege of being trusted with the things that matter most.

And a huge thank you to every single person who has trusted me, worked with me, recommended me, shared my work or simply cheered Empowered House on along the way. I don’t take any of it for granted 🙏

A Live Couples Session with Blended 🤍

Bring your other half and join us for an honest conversation about navigating blended family life together.

As a guest expert for Kate
Ferdinand's Blended community, I will be hosting an interactive, Zoom-style Live Room, exploring the challenges couples are facing in their blended family homes, from understanding each other's position and navigating your roles, to communication, parenting styles and feeling like a team.

This first session will be relaxed and open, giving you all the opportunity to join the conversation, ask questions and share what you're navigating with me. We hope that what comes up will help shape future couples sessions within the community.

Thursday 3rd September | 8.30pm UK time.

A conversation I’ve heard several times with couples over the past few weeks is:

“You never told me that.”

“You never asked.”

And that’s the difference between honesty and transparency.

Honesty is telling the truth when you’re asked.

Transparency is choosing to share before your partner has to ask. It means openly letting them into your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

Healthy relationships are built on our willingness to be honest, our courage to be transparent, and curiosity to understand each other.

So here’s something to reflect on today…
