Loyalty Card System Reminder 🌈
As promised, here’s a little reminder of how the loyalty card will work during our 3-month trial, running from September through to the end of the year:
❤️ If you’d like a loyalty card, just ask me at the end of your session — you’ll then need to pop your name in the space at the bottom of the card
💛 You’ll collect one stamp for every session you attend
🧡 Once you’ve filled your card with all 12 stamps, you’ll earn yourself a FREE class! 🎉
💚 The more sessions you come to, the quicker you’ll earn your free class 🙌🏻
A few things to keep in mind:
✨ Cards are individual to each person, so they can’t be shared or used to collect stamps for someone else
✨ I’ll stamp your card at the end of each session, so just remember to bring it along! If you forget or lose it, unfortunately I won’t be able to backdate any missing stamps
✨ Stamps are for sessions you actually attend, so booking but not attending a session won’t count
✨ Once you’ve collected all 12 stamps, I can either book your free class for you on a date of your choosing, or give you a code so you can book it yourself through the website
✨ Once your free class has been booked, it can’t be transferred to a different date, so please choose your date carefully!
✨ You’re welcome to pick up a new card when you use your free class, but it won’t be stamped until your next paid session
I really want to be able to give something back to you guys for supporting my little local classes, and this is exactly why it was brought in, in the first place.
As mentioned previously, we’ll see how the loyalty card trial goes between September and the end of the year, and then I’ll decide whether it’s something that’s viable to continue into 2027.
