My level 4 certificate has arrived — and it represents years of coaching, studying, testing, refining, and helping people get stronger.

I’m now officially offering athlete-focused S&C coaching for those who want to perform at their best, whether you’re competing at high level or are an ambitious amateur.

I assess each athlete’s:

✓ Speed & Agility
✓ Plyometrics
✓ Biomechanics
✓ Injury profile

This allows me to build individualised, sport-specific plans that support performance across the entire season, prevent injuries, and give athletes a clear roadmap for development.

LIIT Fit is a whole-body workout for either beginners or those who want to focus on joint alignment and that mind body connection. We slow things down to learn the correct posture it’s great for cognitive health and builds muscular endurance. In this class we use light weights or bodyweight in a low impact way, we rest often and have longer intervals therefore longer time to concentrate on the mind body connection during the exercise.
