This is the difference cleaning your grips makes.
Cleaning your golf grips regularly removes hand oils, sweat, sunscreen, and dirt. This simple routine restores tackiness, prevents your hands from slipping, and extends the lifespan of your grips.
Cleaning your golf grips is a simple process that helps to prevent grip deterioration and extends the life of your golf gloves. All you need is warm water, mild dish soap, a soft brush or cloth, and a dry towel.
1: Fill a bucket or sink with warm (not boiling) water and add a few drops of mild dish soap.
2: Dip a soft-bristled brush (a nail brush or an old toothbrush works great) into the soapy water. Gently scrub the entire surface of the grip to lift dirt, sweat, and sunscreen oils.
3: Wipe using a clean, damp cloth or rinse the grips quickly under a gentle stream of warm water to ensure no residue remains.
4: Dry the grips with a clean towel and set the clubs aside to air dry completely.
