If you haven’t been skiing or snowboarding in Finalnd, here’s a good place to go. They have all the levels of runs, ski lifts and poles, ski/board hire and ski/board schools. They also have a pulling system for beginners to practice on before they actually learn to go onto the ski lifts. They also have a great place to have some food, drinks and not to forget tobogganing for the children. So have a look and see what you think
Then you can search for the northern lights afterwards.

What a great run and great time of day to have a 12k run. Legs started to ache in the last 1k and I got a blister on the bottom of my foot but I soldiered on and kept running like a trooper. Thank you for keeping me company and soldiering on with me. you were sadly missed. X

Hi, sorry I haven't posted much on here.
But I hope you have had a great summer.
Have you been lacking on any motivation?
Has it been far too hot for you to do any exercise?
If it's been hot have you been distracted to do something else?
Well now that the children are back at school, Or if you don't have children, now is the time to find the time to spend 25 - 45minutes to exercise. Whether its Zumba, Running, Swimming. Go on, get the motivation back and enjoy the exercise.

Hello, sorry I haven't been in touch lately. I have been doing lots on my instagram, so have a look on that then you'll see what I've been up too.
I did a 30 day cold shower challenge which was tough first 3 days, but I have completed the 30 days, and still going doing cold showers. I love it and it's so refreshing, and really good for your mental health.
It lowers your cortisol levels, it helps with muscle pain and fatigue, and it's great for reducing inflammation.
It improves your circulation which I have badly during the winter.
when the weather is cold, I feel much warmer. Normally I have to wear loads of layers because I get cold so easily. But at the moment I don't need to, with the weather being warm and sunny it helps a lot. But follow me on instagram then you'll see what I've been up too.
I put my affirmations on there also to show people that you are great and not to listen to people who gives you negative thoughts.
As a mother, I have gone through times where I thought I wasn't a great mother, but I now have turned it around and realised that I am a great mother, and that everyone is a great parent in their own way.

Hi if you’re new here! Thanks for following me. A bit about myself so we can get to know each other.
I’m Sarah, mother of two under 10’s. I moved here to the UK from Hong Kong when I was 11years old and immersed myself in loads of sports.
