Have you met Flynn yet? He’s our new gym instructor and Personal Trainer. You will find him either in the gym or the HIIT Studio - he’s very keen to meet you so pop along and say hi! Another new member of the team to welcome you when you visit and support you along the way 💪

We are now able to share our new HIIT timetable - we have a mixture of instructor sessions, beginners, advanced and independent. There is also now HIIT circuits. James and Flynn are fantastic and have been getting stuck in with the changes and are eager to put you through your paces - are you feeling brave?

Have you met James? James is one our gym and HIiT instructors - you can find him either in the gym or the HIIT studio. James has a wealth of knowledge and would happily guide you through your fitness needs. Pop in and say hi - he’s a happy chappy and all round good guy 👍💪

As you will know we have been experiencing a staffing transition over the last 5 months - we are pleased to announce your patience is to be rewarded. From 9th February we will be reverting back to our standard timetable with instructor led classes. We will still have some independent classes for those who have been enjoying them and these are clearly marked when booking.

We understand the frustrations you have felt during this time and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

James has been amazing throughout and we hope you have enjoyed his sessions. You will soon meet Flynn who is our new instructor so prepare yourselves as he will be putting you through your paces.

Keep those MEPS up as new challenges are coming up - who knows what our new team will get you doing?!?

Unfortunately we are unable to bring you our evening HIIT sessions today. Remember your MyZone belts will register any workout so either pop into the gym or book onto our Revolution class at 6:15pm - keep those MEPS up 👍 how about trying squash?
