We are a traditional family-style karate school, and welcome students of all abilities - you don't have to be fit to start! We are compassionate, caring and disciplined, and provide an environment that especially young people thrive in and become the best they can be, whether it's self-confidence, growth or grounding.

We are open to everyone aged 8-years plus, and particularly welcome parents and their children together.
