❗️❗️ Just TWO spaces left in each class for our debut class THIS THURSDAY❗️❗️

Spaces for the following week are already getting booked up so if you wanted to join us, get on it ASAP!

LiftHER (18:00) will be a circuits based class based around resistance training and lifting weights. Perfect for those who want to build strength in a fun and social setting. Spaces are limited to 6 people for this class so I can ensure everyone is moving with perfect form.

FittHER (19:00) is a group fitness class designed to get a good sweat on whilst building fitness and endurance.

Both classes can be scaled to all backgrounds, whether you're a fitness pro or a complete beginner.

Each class is £6 and will last for 45 mins, with 15 mins at the end to ask me any questions relating to your own health and fitness journey.

Can't decide between them? Join us for BOTH for only £8.

I'm very excited to announce ... Starting the 16th of September, EVERY THURSDAY, I'll be bringing TWO fitness classes to Tetford. LiftHER AND FittHER.

Where do I start with this incredible lady…

Paula came to me 9 weeks ago looking for help to get rid of some of the body fat she’d gained over the past year due to various lockdowns and the immense amounts of stress from working in a hospital.

She’s knuckled down from the get go. We started tracking her calories and making nutrition a priority.

She has a young one at home and works night shifts but that’s never been an excuse. We found a way to balance a hectic lifestyle with achieving her goals and we’ve absolutely smashed it.

Paula’s enjoyed the occasional fish and chips and the odd McDonald’s, eating mindfully and remembering her goals whilst doing so.

Workouts outside of our sessions have been a bit of a challenge with it being the summer holidays but that never stopped her progress once.

We are over 19 pounds down in just 9 weeks and we have no plans on stopping yet. Goal is to get down to a comfortable body weight then focus on bringing up some muscle mass.

I am SO proud of Paula and all of her hard work, I can’t wait to see where we’ll be in another 9 weeks time 🙌

Hi Fam a Lam,

Hope all is well, at the gym we love talking about training, nutrition, surpluses, deficits, volume, periodisation, MEV, macros, micros etc.

However some times it's as easy as:
Have I trained 3 - 5 times this week?
Did something in my routine improve?
Did I sweat?
Did I really eat as well as I should?

Sometimes its that simple. Get the basics down consistently and you're pretty much there!!!

Exciting news!! I’ll be offering a trial body conditioning class at the recreation grounds in Tetford. A good chance to have a sweat, a chat, have some fun and get to know what Team CFF is about!

Body conditioning combines resistance training and cardiovascular training for a full body sweat. The exercises can be adapted to any level so ALL abilities are encouraged. Whether you’re a complete and utter beginner or a workout pro, we’d love to have you.

Can we get some commotion for this wonderful ladies 3 WEEK (!!!) progress 👏👏

We are around 6lbs down from since we started together earlier this month and she has 10000% utterly thrown herself into the programme.

3 gym sessions a week and being spot on with protein and calories has allowed these incred results. All whilst feeling satisfied at the end of the day and having the freedom to eat the occasional treat if she ever wanted to.

The goal is to keep progressing in the gym and getting stronger whilst keeping on dropping some body fat.

Very very excited to see where we’ll be at the end of the next cycle 😎

What if I told you there wasn’t even a kilogram difference between these photos?

A PERFECT example of body recomposition by Triona here. Body fat has decreased and muscle mass has increased, creating the toned look that we set out for. Whats even better is that this was all done through home workouts! Just a resistance band and some home made weights.

All it takes is a bit of consistency and the incredible results will come!

There is SO much information available on the internet in regards to what approach you should take when beginning at the gym and wanting to make changes to your body composition.

Truth is, you just need to get started. Worrying about the perfect programme and letting that deter you will get you nowhere.

So, my advice to beginners:

✅ Make small, sustainable changes to begin with: You don’t need to make huge lifestyle changes all at once. Think of small things you can introduce into your lifestyle once at a time. For example, instead of forcing yourself to the gym 5 times a week from not even going once is a huge change. Aim for 1 or 2 sessions to ease yourself in.

✅ Focus on what you can include in your diet, not what you should remove: Stop planning to cut carbs, sugar, alcohol etc completely. Focus on adding more nutrients, more water, more protein. You’ll quickly find that you lean towards more nutritious options when no foods are off limits.

✅ Don’t forget the importance of staying hydrated and getting plenty of sleep: I think this one speaks for itself. How can you expect to function properly when you’re running on empty and your body’s desperate for water. You’ll find yourself less hungry and with far more energy if you priorities these things.

✅ Remember that something is always better than nothing: Didn’t make it to the gym but you still did your steps? Great! Went out for dinner and ate what you fancied, but you got straight back to your nutrition plan the day after? Wonderful. You don’t have to do it all every single day. A 30 min home workout is better than nothing. A walk is better than sitting in front of the TV.

Things don’t need to be ultra complicated to see results. Don’t be overwhelmed by people you see online who are doing everything.
