Back at the Rec tomorrow after a tense close fought defeat last time out, with the lads looking to get back to winning ways.

Our 11th man will be confirmed in due course.

Support for the lads has been exceptional this season and we are looking forward to seeing plenty down tomorrow as we host Alford & District Cricket Club and more importantly the return of Tetford linchpin Paul Wood.

A tense game down at The Rec on Sunday, which unfortunately saw us come out on the end of a narrow defeat.

A solid opening partnership got us underway before Hughes was dismissed for 30, with fellow opener Baxter falling later in the innings for a well deserved 52 helped set the visitors 149 to win.

A brilliant fielding performance which consisted of a sensational run out from Appusamy and another from Selveraj helped keep the pressure on the visitors.

Catches from A Cotton, Stephenson and Hughes with 3 backed up some brilliant bowling from Baxter and Cotton.

A week off next week but we welcome Alford to The Rec on the 21st.

Back in league action this week as we host early league leaders Brocklesby Park.

The lads are hoping to bounce back with a win after last weeks cup exit.

Looks like it’ll be a dry day down at The Rec so pop down and support the lads.

Unfortunately the cup dream is over for this year. The lads fell short on Sunday against Alford.

Some positives to take, a brilliant run out by Selveraj and a superb opening spell from both Stephenson and Selveraj with the ball.

Selveraj was promoted up the order to take the clubs converted number 3 spot on and chipped in with a well deserved 20 to seal a man of the match performance.

The game also so, T Cotton make his Tetford debut as he joined his father and brother on the field.

Well….. a trip to Alford awaits the lads on Sunday as we face Alford & District Cricket Club in the last game of the group phase of the ELCL Cup, with all still to play for. Travelling support always welcome but if you can’t make it, why not watch it on their YouTube channel?

A tough day at the office for the lads on Sunday in hot conditions. No thrills of the previous week as the lads struggled to chase down the visitors 168, being dismissed for 90.

Stand out batting performance for the home side was young Toby Massingberd-Mundy with a solid 24 and some excellent technique on show. As well as his batting he fielded brilliantly in the baking sunshine where both sides found it a challenge. Kelsey, also rolled back the years behind the stumps claiming a number of victims with cat like reaction and his trademark noises.

We go again next week away at Alford in the cup and try to keep the hopes of a finals day in July alive.

We play hosts to Clee Town Laportes again this Sunday, with this encounter being in the cup.

The weather looks brilliant, so why not pack a few cold ones and head down to the Rec. If last week is anything to go by it’s bound to be another exciting game.

A tight afternoon at the Rec on Sunday with the game ending in a tie.

The hosts finished with 150/9 with a superb 46 from Smith, with Littleworth and Paige chipping in to edge us to the total.

The visitors were put under early pressure as the opening partnership of Roberts and Stephenson took early wickets. They got themselves back in to the game and started to make headway towards the total when a couple of catches were held by Hughes and one by Selveraj which were accompanied by a superb run out from Wilkinson topped off some superb fielding.

With the away team needing one from the last over to win the game, H Smith took the ball in hand and sent middle stump spiralling to seal the tie with the 3rd ball of the last over.

We play hosts to Clee Town Laportes again next weekend and hope for just an entertaining game in the sun ☀️
