Just a little message to say a huge thank you for all your support this year.

Whether you’re a PT client, come to classes regularly, drop in when you can, or support me by following along and liking my posts on social media, it truly means so much to me. Fab Active is about so much more than exercise. We are a community, and I feel incredibly lucky to be on this journey with you.

Thank you for showing up, for your energy, smiles and laughs, and for trusting me with your time and your bodies. I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.

‼️You start your workout all excited… and suddenly your mind’s already thinking about dinner, work, or a thousand things at once?

Working out with ADHD means living between “I’m ready to change my life” and “wait, what was I doing again?”

But here’s what no one tells you: it can actually work, even when your brain feels like a browser with twenty tabs open.

💡 With a few simple tweaks, like changing your type of workout, adjusting the duration, or reshaping your routine, training stops feeling like a mental battle and becomes light, fun, and totally doable.

That’s when your ADHD brain locks in completely, the tricky part is, it rarely happens when you want it to. 🤨

💡 But YOU can train your brain to switch that mode on:

1️⃣ Pick workouts that feel new or a bit challenging : something that sparks curiosity.
2️⃣ Set micro goals like “I’ll try to do 10 perfect squats” : it triggers your reward system.
3️⃣ Set a timer for 25 minutes of focused movement : clear start and end points help your brain stay engaged.

💡 Pro tip: mix focus with stimulation. Short bursts, like HIIT or quick circuits, work perfectly for ADHD brains.

Don’t fight your mind , hack the system. 🔥
