Dance Fitness with Saz Level 2 Qualified Group Exercise Instructor Specialising in Dance Fitness

Hi my name is Sarah (Saz) and I Qualified as a Level 2 Dance Fitness instructor during lockdown. As part of my qualification I chose to train as a Fitsteps instructor after falling in love with the class style as a student whilst trying to get fit after having my son 6 years ago. I believe that dancing is the best way to keep fit and is the perfect escape from the daily stresses that busy life brings. My aim is to make people smile and release all those happy hormones in a fun and supportive environment whilst exercising. I have been on a long personal journey which delayed the start of my teaching career but I am now really excited to finally be able to launch my own classes locally in Horley and Reigate and hope to see as many people join the dance fitness family!

Wow! Just wanted to say how fantastic this week of Fitsteps has been - each class has had new participants coming along and giving my classes a try and I really hope they come back! The more people who I can help fall in love with dance fitness so that they feel a bit happier and healthier the better! Fitsteps is more than an exercise class - it’s a chance to take your mind off any worries or life stuff and just have fun dancing! A big thank you to anyone who showed up to class this week it means so much to have your support and feel proud you took that time for yourself! See you next week back on the dance floor! 🕺💃🪩🙌👍💖🤗

I have an confession - I have a secret sparkly/colourful trainer obesssion! I saw these when they first came out and waited patiently until they were in the sale to justify buying them. Like dancing they put a smile on my face which makes it ok!

I went to another amazing bootsup night as part of and wow what fab turnout and atmoshphere! If you fancy giving linedancing a go I will soon be teaching classes in Charlwood on Thursday daytimes. Super excited to be adding this fab format to my teaching timetable! linedancefit
