Last night was another fabulous Fitsteps with Saz social! Seeing ‘Lost in Music’ amazing disco group was so much fun! Amazing music, singing, dancing, goodvibes only! What’s not to love?!! Thanks for a great night 🪩🙌✨🕺

2 weeks ago my Fabulous Fitsteppers took part in an American Smooth workshop to help me raise money towards my Mighty Hike for Macmillan cancer support! Everyone learnt the routine super quick with a fabulous end result! We raised an extra £110 cash on the night plus additional donations on my justgivng page getting me much closer to my target! The final take of the routine will be released soon!

Dance fitness and dancing in general is critical for mental health! I’m so happy and proud to be part of something that makes such a impact on the health and well being of my local community. In my classes you come and for that time you socialise, have fun, burn calories, laugh, and work your brain so that you can’t think of anything else that is going on in your life. For that time you are free to let go in a safe and supportive space where we are there for each other.

Today was our first class in our new home for Wednesday mornings at the Copthorne Parish hub. It was fantastic! More room to dance and still close to Olivers for anyone who wants to go for coffee afterwards! If you love dancing, want to get fitter for summer and want to be part of a relaxed, friendly, judgement free group that will welcome all newcomers with open arms then come and give Fitsteps a go! See you on the dance floor! 💃🪩🙌

Happy International Dance Day! Tonight I finished my 3rd Dance Fitness class of the day with our tribute to the cover of Bruno Mars ‘Just Might’. Apologies for the dodgy filming but hopefully you can see the choreo and how well my participants did! 🙌. Wednesday is my long, tiring teaching day but I love how much dancing puts a smile on everyones faces! 😀. This class is so amazing it keeps me going just when I think I have nothing left! ❤️ ❤️

🚨BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! 🚨 Due to increased class growth in Copthorne my Wednesday Fitsteps class is moving to The Copthorne Hub from the first week in May! Same time, super friendly group, just more space! Also air con! 🆒 I can’t wait to dance in the new space and hopefully get more people join us! Let’s continue to move, dance, have a laugh and feel amazing together!
