When I turned 40, I thought I’d be in the best shape of my life.

I wasn’t.

Four years later, after investing in myself, getting a coach, joining a gym, prioritising strength training and improving my nutrition, I can honestly say I am in the best shape I’ve ever been.

Not because I’ve been perfect.
Not because I’ve given up cake, meals out or treats.

Because I’ve been consistent.

And the best part?

I’m still working on it. Still learning. Still setting goals. Still getting stronger.

Because fitness isn’t a destination you arrive at - it’s a journey you keep choosing.

Here’s to Chapter 44. 💪✨

As mums, finding time to exercise can be a challenge, especially when little ones need you. That’s why Buggy Beat is designed to be flexible and family-friendly. If your little one needs a cuddle, a bounce, or a quick distraction, I’m always happy to help where I can so you can keep moving and make the most of your session.

No judgement, no pressure – just a supportive space where mums can focus on themselves for a little while, knowing their little one is welcome too. ✨
