Pregnancy is a wonderful opportunity to start yoga. Most women are naturally very aware and interested in their bodies
during this time and yoga provides them with just the right mix of exercise,
relaxation and reflection to help them really enjoy this special time. Yoga prepares
them for the birth of their baby and helps their baby recover afterwards. Mother with baby yoga is great fun and combines gentle post-natal Yoga to re-align, strengthen and tone the mother, Baby Yoga to stimulate and strengthen her baby as well as soothing and healing Infant Massage.
