Starting Tuesday 5th May is adding a second class on Tuesday mornings at 0900.
Join Ray for a dynamic, invigorating Yoga practice that links breath with movement in a strong, flowing sequence. Designed to build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance it will challenge the body whilst focusing the mind. Each class will be a unique blend of intensity and mindfulness - not just a work out but also a “work-in”.
